Breakfast (muffins, bars, pancakes & waffles)

beef & vegetable soup (recipe to come)
crumb-coated chicken (also shrimp) - I use the coating only (on boneless, skinless chicken or fish or shrimp)

Hey Becky, have you made the squash/tomato soup and if so, did you substitute the heavy cream for anything more WW friendly? I want to try it but don't want the 26 points that a cup of cream would bring to the recipe... thoughts??

I pretty much always use skim milk or fat free evaporated milk in the recipes where it calls for cream, and the taste and texture are fine.
